Daily cleaning

Fluids cannot penetrate the material, but it is best to wipe up any spilt products as quickly as possible. Use a damp cloth and a gentle abrasive agent or detergent (e.g. Dreft). Make continuous circular motions when cleaning.

Prevent damage

Just like with other materials, you can prevent any problems. For example, always use a trivet for hot pots and pans.
